Oceanside Chapter Workouts
Wednesdays
On alternate weeks, Coach Tom conducts a running form drill, and instruction session. Meet at 6pm at Carlsbad Rail Trail. See weekly schedule on FB page for details.
Thursdays
Park 101 Run. 3-5 mile loop along Carlsbad beach. All abilities and paces welcome. Walkers, strollers, and family friendly run. Enjoy food and beverages after the run and get 20% off at the restaurant. Meet at 6pm at Park 101.
Saturdays
We meet at 7:50a at Bucaneer Park in Oceanside. All abilities are welcome and pace is determined by the group. Route is posted on FB page by Friday each week. Although we ride at our own pace, this is a no drop ride. We make periodic stops throughout the route to ensure the group stays together.
Sundays
Sunday Long Run (SLR). 6+ mile run. All abilities, all paces. Find a partner to run alongside, or bring a friend. We meet at various places in North County. Meet at Succulent Cafe in Carlsbad, at 8am. To get updated meeting time and place, visit our FB page.
